Total disgrace. After 2 weeks of contact with shop support (possible only through email, spend over 2h waiting on the phone and none is answering that number), week after week they were claiming that my order will be at my place soon, suddenly they say they have lost it ... what the #### ? On top of that they solution of the problem is to either cancel order by myself or reorder items with paying extra fee for reordering (are You ###### serious ?). Plus reordering doesn't mean that I will be able to order same items for the same price I have paid in the first place ... no ... reordering means I have to buy them a new if they are available and in current prices. Now I will have to wait another month for money return. They have no regard at all for the client time. They have wasted 6 weeks of my time. But that's not theirs problems, is it.
