I have purchased a bookshelf which we wanted to return due to the bad quality within the 14 days window, VidaXL made a counter offer to keep the bookcase and issue a partial refund of 739 kroner. I accepted this and moved the book case in the basement. After 8 work-days I get back to them to see why I have not been refunded yet, and they told me that they rejected their own offer ? And nobody told me about it, and that they can only issue only 220 kroner and keep the book case. This is the worst website I have ever had to deal with, stay away. I will return their bad bookcase.

Seems that the communication between their customer support and warehouse is non existent. Attempted to cancel an order immediately after I have done it and I was unable to. Contacted customer support and they told me I will receive an email when my order would be cancelled. 2 hours later the order is shipped and they tell me that there is no way for an order to be retrieved even though the parcel has not been picked up by the shipment company. Customer support is not able to get in touch with their own warehouses in order to communicate. The lady on the phone was kind enough to offer me a solution, but the company needs to work on it's communication between their own departments.
